Do you ship to my country?
We aim to provide world-wide shipping, but there are some regions and countries that our courier service is unable to deliver to. Please find list of our shipping countries from Payment&Shipping page.

How much does the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are dependent on shipping option and destination country. Please see the table below of shipping options and costs. Exact shipping cost to your address is displayed in the checkout page before you complete your order.

We offer free standard shipping for orders above 100€ in EU and for orders above 150 USD in rest of the world!

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship out the orders within next working day after receiving an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking code once your order is shipped.


Have you received my return yet?
If you have not received a return confirmation email from us, we have not processed your return yet. All returns are processed within few days after we have received them, but the returns sent to us can take up to 15 business days to reach us, depending the shipping method used in returning parcel.

Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns unfortunately. However, for product exchanges we will ship out the new item free of charge.

Can I exchange the product to a different item?
If you wish to exchange the item for a totally different product (=different price level), please return the item to us, and place a new order.

Can I exchange the product to a different size or color?
Yea, you can. Please fill the exchange information to return form, and we will ship out the new product free of charge once we have received your return.


I'm not sure what size I should  get?
Please use our size guide to find the right size for you! Some of our products are quite slim fit (if so, it will be stated on the product page), and if you are in between two sizes we recommend choosing the bigger size.


I have received a faulty or damaged item, what should I do?
Our aim is to produce the best quality only, and we sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty product or damaged item. Please send us email info@gymnationwear.com with pictures of faulty item and we will solve this for you!
