Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Therefore you have 30 days right to return the item(s) from the delivery date. Returned item must be clean, unworn and returned with the original selling package. Please note that all costs for returns is yours when you are returning outside from Finland. We don't refund gift cards after purchase.

Exchanges are available only in Finland. Return policy in Finland can be found further down.

Returns

For returning product please follow the steps below:

  1. Pack your garment in suitable package (please consider the environment and re-use our package if possible).
  2. Please fill out the return form and enclose it in the parcel.
  3. Ship the return to the following address:

  4. The customer is responsible for the return until we receive it. We recommend obtaining a proof-of-postage (receipt) when returning parcel to us and keeping it as long as we have received the return. The returns will be usually processed within a few working days after we have received the items.
  5. If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. These transactions can take up to 3-10 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN FINLAND

All products have a 30-day exchange and return right. Exchange and return rights do not apply to gift cards. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. Return the products in the original packaging with the hang tags in place. Pack the products carefully and attach the completed return form that came with the order.

We charge a €5 return fee for the return, which is deducted from the refund made to the customer. Product exchange is always free the first time an order is exchanged. We made a blog post where we explain why we charge a return fee and what different work steps and costs we incur from the return.

If you have received free shipping and products are returned from the order so that the total amount of the order falls below the free shipping limit, you are not entitled to free shipping. In this case, in addition to the return fee, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Please note that we have to charge a €10 return and handling fee for a package left uncollected.

RETURNS

When returning the order, you must ensure that the products to be returned are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging with the tags in place. We do not issue a full refund for products that do not meet the above return conditions. We charge a €15 washing fee for products returned dirty.

All Customer returns are sent by Matkahuolto, regardless of whether you have chosen Posti, Matkahuolto or Budbee as the original delivery method.

1. Pack the returned products carefully.
2. Enter the return information on the form that came with the order and attach the form to the return.
3. In the return package, write the Matkahuolto return code shown on the return form and the return address below, and leave the package at the nearest Matkahuolto office.
4. Remember to ask for a receipt when returning your package. Keep the receipt until we receive the return.

EXCHANGES

Product exchange is only possible for a product of the same price and is free for the first exchange of the order. If you want to exchange the product for a product with a different price, return the product according to the return instructions and order the desired product from the online store. We process product exchanges within 1-2 business days of receiving it, in which case we send the new product automatically. Follow the following instructions when exchanging products:

1. Pack the returned products carefully.
2. Enter the product exchange information on the form that came with the order and attach the form to the return.
3. Return the package as sent by Matkahuolto. Instructions for returning with Matkahuolto can be found in the return instructions above.
4. Remember to ask for a receipt when returning your package. Keep the receipt until we receive the return.
