TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on gymnationwear.com. These terms and conditions apply between the consumer/customer and Gymnation Sportswear Oy.
Gymnation Sportswear Oy is a Finnish company. Registered number is 2889513-3 and address is Hahlakuja 11D, 02780 Espoo, Finland.

2. Placing Orders and Registration
Anyone who is at least 18 years of age, has a permanent delivery address and a functioning email address, and orders products in the online store’s delivery area, can place an order. In order to purchase products from gymnation.com, you must give the name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment details, and other information required for the purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We reserve the right not to deliver the order due to credit history, incomplete contact information, incorrect order, or other similar reasons. In such cases, any received payment will be refunded to you.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email that includes the order number and the product details. The order confirmation is your receipt for the purchase. Once the order is shipped, you receive an email confirmation.
You may choose to register as a client. The registration requires a functioning email address and a password selected by the customer. You should always protect your log-in details, as you are responsible for all orders made using your username and password.
3. Product Information and Product Availability
Gymnation strives to present up-to-date and correct information about the product and its availability online. However, we cannot always guarantee the accuracy of the information or the availability of the products. If the purchased product is out of stock despite the amount displayed online, Gymnation will inform the customer immediately using the contact information provided. If the product is no longer available, Gymnation guarantees a full refund for the product, and the purchase of that product will be cancelled.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs, Taxes
The prices indicated only apply to orders placed through our website. The price charged is valid at the time of purchase, which is stated in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The adjusted prices apply to orders placed after the price changes. Prices include 24% VAT, but exclude possible shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling costs, as well as VAT and other taxes included, are disclosed online when placing an order and in the order confirmation.
Gymnation reserves the right to cancel your order, if there is a significant price error in the purchased product. This refers to a possible pricing error in the online store, where the price of the product differs so significantly from its normal price level that you understand it is an error.
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer invoices, instalments, credit card and online banking as payment options. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. By submitting your information at the checkout, you agree to Klarna's Terms and Conditions. By clicking on the "Order" button, you agree to the terms and conditions of Gymnation.
Klarna Checkout provides you with more information right after identification. The information required for identification may vary depending on the selected payment method and the customer. Klarna Checkout reviews the customer's credit history only when needed, i.e. if required for the selected payment method. The credit check carried out by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness. Other credit agencies, such as banks, will not see this credit check. After identification, Klarna Checkout displays the payment options that are available for your purchase. Invoice is the default payment option whenever possible, but you may also choose another payment method from the available payment options (online banking, credit card payment, instalment).
Gymnation uses the following shipping methods:

- DHL Global Mail
- DHL Express
The normal shipping time is 2-5 business days from the moment Gymnation has confirmed the shipping by email. When the order is shipped from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
You have thirty (30) days to return any items from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return your product for exchange or refund within 30 days, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can find more detailed instructions for return instructions here.
If there are any material or manufacturing defects in the products you ordered, we are responsible for any defects in the product even after the 30 days' right to return mentioned above. Please contact our customer service immediately after noticing the defect via email at email@example.com. This allows us to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
There is no right to complain about defects caused by, for example, normal wear or washing contrary to the product's washing instructions. Gymnation reserves the right to primarily repair the defect, secondly to replace item with a new one, and ultimately to provide a full refund.
We follow the recommendations of the Consumer Disputes Committee and Finnish law in the event of a dispute.
9. Product Reviews
By reviewing products on www.gymnationwear.com, you give Gymnation the right to publish the review on www.gymnationwear.com as well as other channels and media. Gymnation reserves the right not to publish reviews and/or the right to remove the review.
10. Campaigns and Discount Codes
We offer campaign and discount codes as part of our marketing from time to time. These codes are only valid for a limited time and may be subject to special conditions. The codes may be limited to specific items or product categories. When using a discount code, you must spend the specified minimum amount. If the purchase is below the specified minimum amount, the discount will not be granted. The discount code must be provided during the order process before the payment. No refund will be given if you forget to provide the discount code before placing the order. You can only use one campaign or discount code per order.
11. Force Majeure
Gymnation is not responsible for failure to deliver, difficulties with or delayed delivery of the order due to factors beyond Gymnation's reasonable control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of an authority, disruptions of traffic or energy distribution, labour dispute or other similar activities or situations that complicate or prevent the operation of Gymnation, such as death, illness, or any other minor or human difficulty or disturbance.
